2022 Scholarships and Awards Open- Deadline 31 October 2022

Dear Fellow IAOHN Members!

I simply cannot believe the Summer is almost a memory for 2022!  I have noticed a crispness in the air in the morning on my way to work; a couple of trees have taken out their “paint pallets” with the goal of creating a colorful masterpiece of Autumn! 

With that said, it is time to consider nominating a fellow IAOHN Member for the Medique Unique Award or the Marie Palmer Award for this year!

 The Medique Award is presented to an IAOHN Member who has displayed outstanding nursing care, knowledge and dedication to her position as an occupational and environmental nurse.  The Marie Palmer Award is presented to an IAOHN Member who has demonstrated a unique devotion to her nursing duties and an unwavering devotion to her fellow employees.

You can locate the awards’ nomination forms on our Website for IAOHN; I must reiterate the need for this to be completed in FULL to avoid any issues related to addresses where the awards will be sent.  Please do NOT put the employer’s address as the recipient’s address, only the home address where I can send the awards. 

I must have the fully completed forms to me no later than 10/31 which allows the proper amount of time to order the awards.  If I do not receive the forms by then, we cannot consider that IAOHN Member for the award.
