Position Description

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Med Surg/Telemetry

Location: New Lenox, IL

Rate: $52/hr

Shift: Nights (12-hour shifts, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM)

Schedule: Must work at least 4 shift every 60 days

Job Description

  • Provide and coordinate care for Telemetry patients
  • Maintain professional nursing standards
  • Supervise CNA/SNAs and other healthcare staff as assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of Med Surg/Telemetry hospital experience - Required
  • NIH & ACLS Certification - Preferred
  • Experience with reading monitors, cardiac drips, and post-surgical cases - Required
  • Fully COVID vaccinated - Required
  • Prior travel nurse experience - Required

Certifications

  • BLS (AHA) - Required

License Requirement

  • Active RN License - Illinois

Orientation: Every Monday, 12-hour shift
